Graston Technique:

Soft tissue injuries can be debilitating and frustrating. Graston Technique (GT) therapy is successful in effectively treating all soft tissue conditions, whether they are chronic, acute or post- surgical. GT therapy can help you enjoy life again.

Our unique technique and instruments enable the treatment of scar tissue and fascial restrictions during rehabilitation that allows for faster rehabilitation and with greater success when the goal is restoring range of motion, eliminating pain, and restoring normal function.

KinesioTaping:

The Kinesio Taping® Method is a therapeutic taping technique which alleviates pain and facilitates lymphatic drainage by microscopically lifting the skin. This lifting affect forms convolutions in the skin increasing interstitial space and allowing for decreased inflammation in affected areas. Based upon research and years of clinical use, The Kinesio® Taping Method specifically applies Kinesio tape based on evaluation and assessment to dictate a specific application. Kinesio® Tex Tape applications can be applied in hundreds of ways and have the ability to reduce pain and inflammation, promote post-surgical healing, optimize performance, prevent injury and promote good circulation and can assist the body’s natural healing process.Vitamin D: The Essential Steroid for Muscle Growth | Generation Iron 300*.10 pharma stocks take a hit as biden backs vaccine patent waiver.

What our clients say about us

Dr. Charmayne Ross is an exceptional pediatric physical therapist. For more than two years now, she has applied a personalized physical therapy program for our six-year old daughter who has hemiplegic cerebral palsy.

Our daughter Adele, has progressed immensely and has adapted well both in and out of school. Dr. Ross’ methodology is disciplined, practical, and tough love. She balances fun playtime with conventional and non-conventional techniques. Adele enjoys spending time with Charmayne. Even during the pandemic, she assisted us remotely to continue Adele’s progress and prevent regression. Dr. Ross is not only our daughter’s physical therapist, but she is also her friend, her guide, and her advocate.

Ayuson Family

Charmayne generates so much love and compassion for her clients.  Her dedication to her craft is evident during our sessions.  We are grateful to have her by our side as our son grows and develops.

Krista Strawitz

Bill and Jodie

I can’t thank Dr. Ross enough for her care of my son Riley as he recovered from a clavicle fracture and AC Joint separation. Any parent’s nightmare is seeing your child injured in an accident and ending up in the Emergency Department.

We are so grateful to Dr. Ross, whose comprehensive treatment of Riley allowed him to return to his activities including biking to school, taekwondo, and rock climbing with his BSA troop so much faster than we could have predicted. Thank you Dr. Ross!
