The pediatric specialty area within the physical therapy profession includes treatment of traumatic, developmental, and systemic disorders that relate specifically to children. Dr. Charmayne Ross is an exceptional pediatric physical therapist. For more than two years now, she has applied a personalized physical therapy program for our six-year old daughter who has hemiplegic cerebral palsy.
Our daughter Adele, has progressed immensely and has adapted well both in and out of school. Dr. Ross’ methodology is disciplined, practical, and tough love. She balances fun playtime with conventional and non-conventional techniques. Adele enjoys spending time with Charmayne. Even during the pandemic, she assisted us remotely to continue Adele’s progress and prevent regression. Dr. Ross is not only our daughter’s physical therapist, but she is also her friend, her guide, and her advocate.
